Hi Michelle as someone with very dry skin I'm always happy to have a bit of glow, but lighter tones and sheerer formulas are certainly my go to in warmer weather. My favourite liquid/cream blush is still the Daniel Sandler watercolour blushes, which I have used for many many years (they were so ahead of their time). I rarely use any powder products tbh and can't remember the last time I wore a powder blush. I normally put my highlight on before my blush for a more diffused sheen, but it is product dependent. Bronze is not my shade even in Summer, but I'm the palest of the pale cool toned skin and blush is my colour product. In fairness one of the two bronzers I've ever liked is the Bobbi Brown Antigua shade, but it has a lot of pink in it which is probably why. Cream shadows and shadow sticks are a favourite for a quick pretty look for sure. I sometimes add some liquid highlighter to my foundation/bb cream for a bit of extra glow. Unfortunately due to rosacea I need a bit more coverage than yourself, but I do use a light cover base and concealer where needed for redness coverage. For lips a lip stain and either a gloss or an spf balm is my go to in the warmer months. Best wishes.

I braved the 105 degrees weather to visit Sephora in Palm Desert. They were low in stock on EVERYTHING, unfortunately. The Bobby Brown area was decimated, one Saie stick only left. I grabbed it. Back to ordering online. Cream for everything is always my goal in the summer months, with a ridiculous minimum of 100 degrees and a high of 118 until October. Make-up melts. Great video, thank you.

I just put away my heavy moisturizers and pulled out the skin tints and everything glowy ! I wonder in Vegas with dry heat do you have the NYC summer humidity and there melts my makeup problem? I'm always on the hunt for a great sunscreen. I usually use the Elta MD tinted sunscreen. However, I wish it came in different shades. I tried the one from DRMTLGY, but it never fully dries down. The all over face bronzer looks great on you. Michele, which is your favorite Saie Blush color? Such a great formulation. The lip slick beautifully finishes the look. ❤❤

Is it me or does cream makeup makes no sense when you sweat during the summer? The chemicals dilute and gets in your eyes and what not! In all my travels in humid climate we use powder spf and generally powders so not to get sticky and getting dirt and what not sticking to your skin. Am I totally left?

You are right, even the SPF runs in my eyes, but powder dries out faster on me and cakes in. Everything bakes... It all depends on your comfort preference, sand gets everywhere...I feel more protected with cream. Tons of cream...😉it sorts of "pick your poison" situation.

Is there a scent in the ByTerry? I used it before and was disappointed in the rose scent - just not a fan. I couldn't get passed it and ended up giving it away. For my complexion "glow serums" turns orangy.. ugh. It looks great on you but I might pick up the Bobbi Brown because the tone looks lovely.

Maybe something was wrong with my BB shadow stick… mine doesn’t dry down at all and stays creamy hence leaves my lids a creasy mess.

The lighter lip definitely looks better when the skin is brighter looking, healthier looking. When a real concealer lip look is done when the face is pale it basically makes the woman look dead, like there is no blood in the face, especially if they do not add color back to the face... ie blush or little bronzer. The Bobbi Brown cream blushers used to be really good. They were a great product I’d use to fake a sunburn. But they do contain perfume so very sadly I can not use them anymore!! Please Bobbi Brown take the fragrance out of your products, then I would buy so many more!!!!!
