chelsea frazer I work as a hostess at a gambling hall. I usually sit at a long counter, far away from the customers. I wear a mask when I am taking them something to drink, otherwise I have my mask pulled down. I wear liquid lipstick every day. It doesn’t transfer, so I can still wear a mask and not worry about it rubbing off.

If you ever find yourself wanting to change up your makeup storage, I highly recommend that you look into the Ikea Pax storage. KZbinrs like Thuy Le and Laura Lee (many others, too, but those are the ones that come to mind first) have done it. This is a completely selfish suggestion because it would be so satisfying to watch that transformation and see your epic collection displayed that way 😂 I already have mine designed for when we start working on rennovating my beauty room. Saving lipstick cases is a good thing, but lipsticks themselves ehhh no. I'm going to repot other lipsticks into my lisa eldridge lipstick cases when I have used those up, because the cases are so damn delightful to use with the magnetic lid.

Lipsticks are the one makeup item I just can't spend very much money on - I feel like there are so many drugstore options that work for me. I do love MAC Cremesheen's however and I will purchase those but tend to stick to one Spring/Summer and one Fall/Winter color. I love your entire collection!! I bought my first "high end" blush - the Dior Rose Montaigne quickly after you showed it and it is SO special....and now I want more!!

Have you thought about putting a good lipstick in the Tom Ford limited edition case?it can be put into the freezer and switch if the size of the lipstick is the same. I saw some videos about this. Not that difficult to do also.

Hey Michele, the problem you may be having on your eye area - it could be makeup. I had to stop wearing all my eye makeup for a similar problem and then I haven’t had issues since I changed some of them. Natasha denona and tom ford definitely bother my eyes which is so sad but I’m good with all clean makeup brands and also chanel & CT. I hope this helps..! Take care 🤗 From NY!

I do a declutter, I think in mid February, through all my lipsticks and glosses. My heart nearly breaks as I go through my collection. I never get rid of any of my lipsticks or glosses, before. I have some old Jil Sander and Kanebo / Sensai lipsticks, I think they are 10 years old. These Brands are my favorite in my forties. Each of them are still good, I can’t believe it, but I get and declutter them all. All of my newest TF, CT, PM Labs, Dior, ND, NARS, Chanel and Bobbi Brown, are still good. OMG thanks god. I am a make-up junkie, have way too much and find it difficult to part. Love your vid. I wish it would be easier for me to got rid of those and those, like you.

Dry lips, maybe? Glosses are a lot more desirable to use than lipsticks when you have dry lips. Or maybe you're just not using even half as much lipstick as lip gloss? Like some people just lightly use lipstick like lip blush, while they pack on a thick layer of gloss.

If there’s ever a lipstick case that you’d like to keep, you can turn it into a little sewing pin cushion. You just need a small piece of scrap fabric and some cotton balls. There’s a few tutorials on google and a couple different ways of making them. 🙂
