Those instructors are incredible - they can do up to 10 + jumps a day! And even though they're so comfortable with it, they made sure you knew exactly what was going on. I'm so glad I did it!

Perimenopause is a whole new fresh hell, isn't it? lol I spent the last 20+ years after having my son so excited for the change because I hate periods and was looking forward for them to stop. Woah man, I did NOT consider all the nasty symptoms!! @@stephb3321 OMG, yup! I spent 2 years suffering with severe hot flashes. They drove me insane. They finally went away, thank goodness, but now I'm just generally hot all the time. Which still stinks but it's better than those hot flashes. Currently I'm coming up on 6 months without a period (the longest I've gone without one so far) and hoping this is it. I'm not holding my breath on that though. I feel your pain too! Those hot flashes are the worst!
