Michelin 12266 Tyre Inflator in Action

This is a video of Michelin 12266 High Power Tyre inflator filling up a tyre of VW Jetta from 10 PSI to 35 PSI. The machine is a stable machine, doesn't move around while filling. Runs with cars power. Makes a good amount of noise but not bad for the speed at which it inflates the tyre. Must have addition for all car lovers. Available on Amazon.

does it remove extra pressure if overfilled? what if you inflate to 40 first and then set to 35 and start? will it adjust to lower setting?

Thanks for reviews, so it takes 3 minutes per one tire, 4 tires may take around 10 minutes which is acceptable to finish this at home rather go to tire shop.

That is for flat tyres, yes. But if you just want to top-up the pressures, it'll take even lesser times. Other than that, it's a great device to have during long journeys for any unexpected punctures, till you reach a repair place.

If you disconnect the hose from tyre exactly when the inflator make check 5 times to confirm the psi.. Is inflator stop or start again pumping when found the pressure decrease ?? Because i need auto switch inflator to using also with my airbrush

can i attach through 12 v adapter i dont own a car

It basically fits in the 12v cigarette lighter port of cars. If the adapter that you're telling is of same shape and is of 12 volts, it should work fine.

Is the engine needs to be on?

Mario Bross Actually the inflator runs well even with the ignition on and engine switched off. But to avoid draining the car battery totally, I always use the inflator with the engine turned on.

Today l have bought it and l had to return to the shop. It was very slowly, not device for me. I have expected better performance from Michelin.

Mario Bross Yeaa. It is slow. After all it runs on the cars 12 V DC power na. The reason I bought it was so that I could fill the tyre pressures at cold temperatures. And so that I could prevent a flat tyre if there was puncture till I get it fixed. :)

I've been using it for 2 years at least once every 2 weeks . It's working flawlessly
