The tandoor is a traditional cylindrical oven, renowned for its unique ability to bake and cook. Historically, these ovens were fueled by charcoal or firewood, infusing dishes with a distinct, smoky flavor that is highly prized in Indian culinary tradition. The naan bread was amazing at Karma!
