Michelin Pilot Power 2CT Review..... Sort Of?!?!

I might be wrong but I'm sure Chris or Al where asking about the tires? But they got there review anyways!!
Just like Ant & Dec (Probably only UK peeps will get this!) I'm never sure which ones which??? No offense guys!!! ;) But I am taking all credit for there success! (Thats a joke obviously!)

Your welcome! The road 3s drive superb in the rain too, could be an added bonus for a britishman ;) I also noticed a little stiffness in the last bit of the shoulder, i couldnt get the strips away off that tires (was a 55 to my actual 50 though). But BT016's power handling was terrific, miss it. Keep up the good job, great channel and smart rider.

I ride a 98 CBR900RR & use a michelin p2 on the rer & a dunlop q3 on the front. Live in WV. Currently lots of twisty's. the combo is working well.

im looking at getting a set of michelin power pure 3s. wanted the pilot power 2cts but they dont make them in my rear size.. well thats what im told...

remember im running a 650 vtwin... about 220kg wet + me so almost 330kg and the tyres lasted almost 20000kms....

just bought a 05 cbr 600rr that came with pilot power 2CT's. very sticky tires, and confident inspiring. I chewed through them in 3,000mi. put the Q3's on and like them a lot. not as sticky as the 2CT's but good. will be going back to Michelin next time around

im suprised at the maxis sports touring tires fitted to me little throbber , (sv650) amazed at the grip not a tire i would have ever bought, and told by my mates at the bike shop the maxis diamonds are dearer than bridgestones and are quite good , but then not the same toque as ur bike,Had bridgestone dual compound on me hyabusa, and 3 blackbirds in the past they were ok thanks shane one of ur subsribers

holy shit 1500 miles?! goddamn man ive done 6500kms on my power pures since i bought the bike.... and the previous owner said he had done almost 10000kms on them... and i could get another 1500kms on them... damn man you destroy your tyres...

Power 2cts are pretty old and pretty bad. You get the same grip from the road 3s with three time the mileage. So far the best sport tires i tried are the bt016, they handle horsepower much better when exiting corners. You're like on ice with them on paint stripes though, go figure! Tried 2 sets of michelin 2cts, on my r1 and then z1k. Nicely done review though!

HI I have Mitch road 3 matching set on VTR1000F and I must say they warm up nice and feel rock steady under acceleration and cornering and for a bike that has a hell of a lot of POKE I have had the front wheel lift but no back wheel spin ups WET/DRY:) unlike the bridge stone Battle-Axe BT 23`s on my CBR 600F as they were lethal in the wet and I had to quickly learn how to slide into corners:/ Thinking about it if I was to put the B Stones on this beast most observers would think I am about to crash as I could powerslide in and out of corners:)

bahaha i think its a load of shit. their trying to get me to buy the michi power pure 3s which are like 150$ more then the 2cts.... and michelin still say their making the 2cts...
