Michelin Rated Food in Bangkok Yay or Nay?

I was in Bangkok hanging around the area known as the M Quarter as you do.
That area home to three massive and impressive Malls.
I tried a Michelin recommended item in two of them EmQuartier and also EmSphere.
What did I think of them?
