I love carrot ginger soup, tomato basil bisque, tom yum soup, beef and barley, Italian escarole and white bean, miso with tofu and mushrooms, I looovvve soup! Ramen. Split pea. Clam chowder. Mmmm 😋 I make them all!!! Oh hey sorry soup is my favorite food haha 💗

Majk, love the recipe and video. Finally a soup with elegance and subtleties ! Question: what oil do you use (onions, garlic) ? It is colorless. Do you think olive oil is less suited for use in recipes like this one? Too strong a specific taste?

You can make your own ratios depend on how creamy you want to have a soup but I would do something like 70\30 stock\cream

Sometimes cooks say that garlic shouldn't be fried because it will get bitter. Is this only if you fry it too strong?

this is not asparagus soup anymore. i am sorry to say but chef you put more spinach than asparagus. asparagus soup that means it must have asparagus flavour but due to spinach asparagus will lose its flavour. it could be creamy asparagus and spinach soup
