"Fire on the Mountain" - go get'em Chef. Here in Sitka, Alaska we love the Black Cod aka Sablefish aka Butterfish - misoyaki style = "broke da mouth"!

Whidbey Island over here. Our state in general is quite lack luster for food. We can get rock fish and cod year round here at least though. Start cooking man. It’s easy.

I'm sorry this offended you.
@paulsolon62292 жыл бұрын
@@positivelygroundfish who cares if it offended me. I am bot looking for an apology. Rather I observe: that when making a video for the public this chef thinks that such language is appropriate. If he thinks that there’s no reason to apologize, for in his view he did nothing wrong

Nothing exciting about steak? Um, ok. Honestly, seems pretty pretentious and a bit out of touch.

well, he's a seafood guy who gets more excited about the awesome variety of seafood than steak. It's what he loves.

@@positivelygroundfish I get excited about fish and steak, lol, I don't discriminate.
