What a beautiful hotel. Some very interesting dishes. The jellyfish was one that stood out. I'd like to try the White Water Snowflake as well. Really, everything looked so appetizing. Loved the video. ❤

What a feast! The dish I was most curious about, the pig's liver, was the only one you didn't review. Perhaps that in itself says it all. 😜 Now I want to try jellyfish! 🙌😘

@@EileenAldis everything... go to 3noodles in Taipei and have their morocco spaghetti... even though they have award winning beef noodle soups. I like duo Hua... My family is from the south (Pingtung) and I find their foods sooo much better and fresher... seafood is unreal in Taiwan

I’ve lived around jellyfish and have learned to avoid them!…..So…..In spite of your praise….I dunno..! All the other dishes looked wonderful….And…As usual….Your descriptions had me wishing I was at the next table! I was most intrigued with the ‘White Water Snowflake’ salad you both liked…Except….You didn’t say what it TASTED like…😕 My takeaway?…..I’m gonna make some Kiwi juice!! (LOVED the VIDEO!)

My mouth was watering at those honey mustard glazed ribs! But pretty much everything looked tempting to these eyes. Not crazy about coconut so I may have forgo the Sago. How was the Pork Liver?

Hey Scott! I'm delighted at how popular the honey mustard ribs are turning out to be! I couldn't resist ordering them on the menu and they did not disappoint. We didn't love the pork liver but I think it's meant to be eaten piping hot and by the time we had filmed it wasn't anymore so... 🤷‍♀️ If you're not a coconut fan then maybe you'd enjoy the grass jelly and mung bean instead :)

I'm not an adventurous eater! I'd probably like that snow flake veggie & fried "lice". My friends & I jokingly referred that as we were growing up in San Francisco! 😂😋

haha lucky you to grow up in SF but I wouldn't want the word lice anywhere around my food 😂 The white snow flake tasted like a crunch green vegetable so I'd say it's a safe bet ;)
