Michelin steet pilot 90/90-18 on monster pro

I have the 3.00-18 michelin city pro. it's not as wide as 90/90. it's perfect on Mpro's rim.

I have the City Pro 80/90 and I have tried the 90/90 and found the 80/90 to be a lot easier to turn with. You can zig zag with it much easier. The 90/90 is a but more stable on high speeds

@@RocABye unfortunately no 80/90-18 tire. 80/90 is a tad bit wider than 3.00. The good thing about 3.00-18 is it's a tubed tire which fits perfectly on Monster Pro's rim

Which Monster pro version / rim did you put this 3.0-18 tyre on? I have the latest MP with the straight spoke rim. It’s apparently a bit wider than the original rim. Should fit even better? Thanks

What was that white lube stuff you used? Yea I was looking at getting a Pilot Street 2 since they're available everywhere. Hopefully the Contiscoot is restocked soon.

tire mounting lube. pick up from any tire store, napa store, amazon

The Pilot street sucks on the MPro! Shit Ray. I been thru all this before. You should call me! That section on the city pro that doesn’t seat will seat if you inflate high and ride it !!

ron i do know joe to seat tires. how do you think i have seated all the rest of the tires. i do inflate to 70psi. if the tire bead is deformed, it is deformed and will not seat well. and i don’t see any issues with this tire ron. murland won his heat in the race using same tire. its is fine, chill😁

@@rayrokni midlands tire is the 90/90-18 city pro. You have the 90/90-18 pilot street. Much heavier tire and it will fight you as you try to ride it. But don’t listen to me. Just do it and see for yourself.

did u use the tube for this tyre? i have tested this tyre with the original tube on my EX.N but its way too hard even at 19psi (comparing to the original exn tyre) The side wall on this bike tyres are for tubeless actually, so by adding the tube it will be even harder. Comments on this? tq

yes i use inner tube even if the tire is tubeless. yes the side wall is harder plus the inner tube. imo, good thing with these weak rims we have been getting. i tried this tire all the way down to 20 psi and it was comfortable and strong as the oem at 50psi. but i’m riding it at 35psi, i don’t mind the rock feeling, i rather that busting the rim.
