That's because Biden is Obama and he is literally showing folks what he is doing to America. Then they think if they push Big Mike in there, then Obama will be doing his 4th term, he knows he is doing it all the dirt to America on purpose. I think she is running and I think she stands a strong chance of winning because many in the black community will go vote for her and a lot of liberal women will vote for the first female president. And the independents who don't like Trump but also feel that they can't vote for Biden because of how far gone he is will vote for her. I agree she doesn't want it, especially the race. But if he is actually doing the job behind the scenes, she might take the job when she doesn't have to work for it.
