Besides being a narcissist with a Jekyll and Hyde personality, Dulos was the epitome of the controlling "marcho man;" the idea that he would confide in any woman, is laughable. Troconis doesn't know where the body is or anything else substantive. He liked smart, slender women, but only so long as they bent to his will, which is why he killed Jennifer. He was losing control over his wife, his money, his business, his marriage, his kids... something he couldn't allow.

I adore this judge…not only is he fare and concise, he also takes the time to explain his calls so everyone can be educated…he also is wicked intelligent, patient, chill, and empathic to the needs and requirements of the jury. I echo everyone's thoughts on why is it so hard for police to have clear audio for an interrogation? Is it really that hard to place a microphone even in the centre so it picks up clearly and there will be no misunderstanding of what was said? Add to that, in today's highly technological age! She's full of don't answer and re-direct: 39:09 in particular. Her lawyer clarifies: the detectives want to know places Fotis might go or does go, on any property or elsewhere. What does she do, right away: "me, myself sometimes I go..." and proceeds to point out. She is lying and concealing for Fotis. She either knows where he most likely goes, or she actually knows. And there is no language barrier. She doesn't pause or try to recall the right word or words, or show she needs help landing on the right word, she doesn't need clarification, her responses are usually immediate (even when she's trying to lead them on a goose chase with avoiding answering). 38:40 interesting prolonged, self-soothing gesture with her hand under her shirt, scratching her shoulder. Breaking out in hives from all the lies/trying to suppress the truth? If she was innocent, she would have sat down on her own, or with her lawyer, and tried to recount her activities to the best of her recollection. And aside from her concocted with Fotis timeline. If she was innocent, she would have spilled everything when Fotis unalived himself. She didn't and cannot, because Mawhinney knows more, and that she was in on the plan. The 2021 article said he was going to testify (I believe that's why he got a significantly reduced bond amount), which could always change, but I doubt it. And I'm not a fan of Mawhinney's, I'm just being logical. She's not innocent. She thought her and Fotis and kids would live happily ever after. 43:30 finally a question or comment about the security system. I'm pretty floored that they didn't have a security system. It saddens me that Jennifer didn't either, at Welles Lane. Even one in the front and back. Some cameras these days are so discreet now, he wouldn't have even known she had them (if she kept it between her, the nanny, and mother/friends). 59:00 wow, her daughter was in a play and she didn't attend! If it was just a rehearsal, ok, but otherwise, if it was an actual performance, she's a crappy mom. And Fotis, too, obviously.

I feel the same way & her language barrier is also a factor. The police told her they wanted her to write a "timeline" and she took this literally. She used her phone to write it down minute by minute but then, the police referred to it as a "script" twisting things (like always) At the beginning, they implied that SHE wanted to speak with them but, she only confirmed that she did because they asked her to. I think she's being honest & really doesn't know but, the cops will convince her otherwise.

Granted this is a "recording of another recording" but it still amazes me how poor the quality of audio and video recorded by nearly every police department in the country. This video is excellent, however, the audio is really bad. Some of that is due to the room ambiance added during playback to the courtroom, but a lot of it is the camera microphone is just too far away. All they need is an external microphone placed on the table.

I have a childhood neighbor who grew up to be like Fotis. She controls her entire family and has committed many fraudulent acts and lies as a way of life. I can see how someone like Fotis had Troconis convinced that Jennifer was causing all their problems, and also, instilled fear in Tronconis with his moods and behaviors and lies. I don't think Troconis knew what Fotis was going to do until after it happened. I also think she was in fear of him. The mistake she made is not coming clean with the PD in this interview. They gave her every chance. It seems her emotional state of trying to face what Fotis did and who he is threw her over the top. Now there are 6 kids without Mothers and Fotis, coward that most bullies are, killed himself leaving everyone to live with his evil legacy.

If her ATTORNEY-sitting right by her side during police questioning- had ANY concerns about her ability to communicate in English, he would have insisted on an interpreter. She is clearly fluent in English. Hiding behind a language barrier here is a losing argument.
