I have not seen any information and evidence that she was involved.....only bloody bags and shirts. the defense lawyer said this on the very 1st day -- they need to prove without a doubt that she was involved. sorry but I have not heard or saw anything that she was involved. all i saw was what appeared to be a female in a Ford F-150 truck.

She's a mistress who fell for someone she thought was wealthy, but the truth is that Fotis was living off of his in-laws' money, and couldn't run a successful business. He got desperate in the end, and so did she. Innocent people don't change their story 3 times. She's a liar and a disgusting woman for bad mouthing a dead woman, who was brutally murdered., during interrogation. I hope she is given a life sentence.

Yes the garbage bags that had Jennifer farber dulos blood soaked bra and long sleeve T-shirt. They tested positive for Michelle DNA around the knot.

Michelle troconis is on trial for conspiracy to commit murder which means she doesn't need to actually commit the murder but do ONE overt act that further the crime. She is also charged with tampering with evidence & hindering the prosecution. A summary of the evidence against her is she is seen the night of Jennifer's disappearance driving around the city of Hartford which is one hour away from where she lives with Jennifer's estranged husband in whom she had an affair with during their marriage. During this trip they made stops at 30 public trash cans and 1 storm drain to dispose of multiple garbage bags and random loose items and a FedEx package shoved down a storm drain. The city of Hartford used surveillance to help their detectives retrieve 4 of the bags unfortunately the others had already been cleared by public waste. In those garbage bags container therein a blood soaked bra with dna traced back to Jennifer , a long sleeve striped tee shirt also blood soaked and traced back to Jennifer dulos. A broken razor blade with blood of Jennifer's on the razor head which was broken, 2 clear rain ponchos with blood of Jennifer's. There also was black gloves with blood of Jennifer's, a screwdriver, 4 bloody zip ties, a bent mop handle and 2 illegally altered Connecticut license plates that came back to fotis dulos. On two of those said garbage bags containing the evidence listed above Michelle troconis DNA & finger prints were found. Michelle troconis gave multiple interviews to police and lied 4 times and repeatedly gave fotis a false alibi for the morning of Jennifer's disappearance/murder. When confronted with evidence of this she admitted that he was never there at the times she adamantly said he was. In a search of Michelle and Fotis shared home the police found a "timeline" of a handwritten fake script writing out hour by hour of where they were on the day of Jennifer's disappearance and after. The problem? Multiple things on this timeline were lies. Michelle admitted in this recorded interview that things written in that timeline were "factually inaccurate". She was also confronted with the oddity of writing it out to begin with.. Michelle troconis went after Jennifer's disappearance and after her and Fotis trip to Hartford where they drove an hour to throw out "garbage" decided to take the same type of truck that was seen 100ft from where Jennifer's suburban was abandoned at Waverly Park to get detailed. Her & fotis took a truck of the exact same description which didn't belong to them to get a expensive detail job inside & out( but instead belonged to mcwhiney the other codefendant) The other codefendant told police that Fotis demanded he remove the seats of the red Tacoma truck he previously let Fotis borrow after Jennifer's disappearance. The same truck that he demanded that him & Michelle also get detailed for him. He also explained that Michelle was present for these conversations more than once. He did eventually let Fotis replace those seats but kept the old ones just in case. He turned them over to the police later on and they had Jennifer's blood all over them. Of course I'm eliminating all of the good circumstantial evidence as well the state will present but those are the things I can recall from reading her arrest warrant.

Him trying to read the 3 papers was so frustrating. It seems to be some good evidence finally and it felt like he didn't try very hard to read certain words that seemed clear to me. I caught myself yelling the words to him like he could hear me lol. Hope jury was able to read it. Some pages seemed like it was Fotis writing his timeline and some of it seemed to be Michelle's. The pages to me seemed like they were trying to write them so they both were on the same page as far as their timelines. If its the true u don't have to write it down cause u should know. I don't understand why she is listening in Spanish cause she seems to speak and understand English. Did Fotis speak Spanish? Lauren said that when she was around Michelle she spoke English. Is it some sort of strategy they think will show she didn't understand what was going on?? This whole trial has been frustrating to me. I know the defense is allowed to make objections but damn he's making so many before they even finish their questions and then gives a long drawn out reasoning. I thought u make objection and say grounds but he is arguing and speaking as if he is testifying. The things he says would usually be side bar??? Then the state has shown hours and even days of evidence that doesn't show anything to do with Michelle. All that blood, dna, and fingerprints if I seen correctly was negative to her. I feel like they are trying Fotis instead of Michelle. So far the only thing I've seen was her in the truck getting rid of evidence. Even that the defense kept objecting to witness saying it was a female getting out of truck but then said she admitted being in the truck with him. It's just a really confusing trial and hard to keep up with.

This part of the trial is “agreeing on what exhibits are being entered by both sides and numbering them officially as court evidence”. Also her lawyer is objecting on the evidence so that if she is convicted the evidence could be grounds to obtain an appeal. Sorry about run on sentence. A lawyer on another channel explained why Michele’s lawyer is objecting.
