How about get an Australian/Kiwi as the main host for the franchise? It'll save Michelle having to make trips down under, and there'll be someone who'll understand the reference rather than someone who knows how to cater to Michelle's humor or has to Americanize themselves to get further. And I'm not talking about just the additional judges and guests, I'm talking about the main host who's going to decide who wins and goes home a given week.

Girl you cannot go from RuPaul hosting to any down under finalist hosting without it seeming like a HUGE downgrade. Imagine getting crowned by Ru and then the next batch of girls get crowned by Karen From Finance or Spankie Jackson. Not as prestigious. They know without Ru the views and ratings won’t be as high, so they’re doing the best they can. Theres only a select few hosts other than RuPaul who can really do the damn thing, and they don’t want to make the same mistake they did with making Rita Baga a host. At least with Michelle there it will still have some familiarly, and still with some kind of prestigeness. I think I can speak for everyone when I say if RuPaul ain’t putting the crown on my head I’d much rather it be Michelle Visage over Spankie Jackson or Isis 😭

Let's give her the benefit of the doubt, sure she had her downs as judge, but that's probably a persona she portrays. She's been around queers spaces for a LONG TIME, so I trust her decisions. Plus, she interacts a lot with the queens after their seasons.
