3 Ways God Answers Prayer

Have you ever prayed and prayed but felt as if God didn’t hear your prayers? That He didn’t answer?
What I have learned, based on my experiences, is God does answer. At times, the way He answers may be different from what we expected. His timing may not match ours. But, He hears us when we pray and He answers.
In God’s word, we find, “He hears the prayer of the righteous.” Psalms 15:29
“You faithfully answer our prayers with awesome deeds, O God our savior.
You are the hope of everyone on earth.” Psalm 65:5
At times, He even answers before we pray. “I will answer them before they even call to me. While they are still talking about their needs, I will go ahead and answer their prayers!” Isaiah 65:24
The question is, what does it look like when He answers?
3 Ways God Answers Prayer
1. Sometimes, God answers, “Yes.” It may be an immediate answer or one that comes the way we expected. Our faith increases and grows our confidence because we know He heard our prayers.
2. At times, God answers, “Not yet.” The answer to our prayer doesn’t always happen in our timing. When that happens, we must not allow discouragement to overtake us and cause us to stop praying.
3. Sometimes, God answers, “No.” What we think is good for us at that moment may not be for our good and His glory. Many times, I have looked back in gratitude for the times God answered no.
God’s answers to our prayers, “yes,” “not yet,” and “no,” may not come the way expected but He always answers.
Trust the He hears you when you pray. Trust His timing. Believe He works all things together for our good and His glory.

I have always thanked God every day when things were going good. Then I lost, my job, my wife, my daughter, my house, my car and my friends. Now I have been alone all day, every day for almost 3 years. Praying for something, Anything that does not feel like Depression, Anxiety and Hopelessness. Is God telling me "Not yet" or "No"? and just what am I suppose to learn from being lonely and sad for so long? If I ever Love or Trust another human again, I'll get worse. How does it serve God that the only reason I won't take my life is because I'm afraid of hell? How does it serve God that without anyone to even talk to I cope by using drugs? Does God answer prayer or does faith answer prayer? And if faith answers prayer how do you have faith when EVERYTHING You can See, Feel, Hear and Touch all around you is crumbling?

Martin Feroli Sometimes God allows us to go through difficulties in life so that we can have a one on one relationship with him. Maybe when things were going too good for you .. you had forgotten about God. Idk cuz i wasn't in your shoes, but sometimes God takes away so we can put him first in our lives. Once we make him number one in our lives then he will put everything in order. I would encourage you to surrender everything to the Lord and let him guide you.

Dear Martin, ive been a position where i had faith but i didnt have a personal relationship with him, i thought i could handke my life.. I thought i could take any decision without even consulting Him until tough experiences in life got me and i surrendered to Him..i started to build a personal relation with him and with this i meant going to church, praying at home meeting people in the congregation that werre in the same mindset.. Life changed..God wants u to pay attention to the spiritual world since is much more important than the earthly one..once you do it He will provide All your needs, once you do it you are no longer selfish but u are open to develop acts of kindness, of healing and acceptance. Your life will change, He s there, he has a plan for you but u need to trust him by start living a life that will please God and not the devil, the devil is a punk who is rejoicing for your ruin..show him that he cant have u.

Sometimes God answers on his time so we can go and witness the miracle he did for us if it was on r time there will be no miracle to witness

Martin, I certainly don't presume to know why God seems to be waiting to answer your prayers in this circumstance. I can tell you that I've gone through some very difficult circumstances myself, and I have found that when I look back, I can see that God IS faithful, and that He never wastes our pain. But I can feel the pain that's inside you. God will hear you . Pray from your heart and confess everything to him. He will give you peace and a miracle.
