You're a hard gainer! I'm glad you're eating more and able to gain weight. For me it's super easy. My last cut I went from 210lbs to 175lbs over 4 months. I got tired of dieting and wanted to gain back my strength. So since beginning of June I've been working on my strength and moved up my weight to about 190lbs. I'm definitely a lot stronger than before :) . I'll just try to gain more strength over next two months then cut again. Btw, if you're wondering my waist size hardly changed. My pants still fit!! Even with the like 15lbs gain lol

Omg I’m the same way I can’t gain weight. I had at the be point but it was eating so much junk and I did. It look flattering. But recent I was diagnosed with some health issues and it made me lose all the weight I worked so hard to gain. Now I’m here drinking protein to gain and eating like crazy , and I don’t put on a pound.
