Admittedly, Kate does look older than her years (by about a decade) but she seems like a nice enough person. It looks as though she was an ardent smoker for years (hence the wrinkled top lip) and enjoyed the sun a little too much. But a nice enough lady! Whereas, Charles...what a tight-ass. He piped on about etiquette but didn't bring anything on the 1st night, simply brought orange juice on the 2nd and then nothing again on the 3rd. Do you know how cheaply you can buy wine for in Spain?? No excuses.

I guessed Michelle to be around 45 myself. The heavy makeup and bleached blonde hair make her look harsh. A softer look would compliment her skin and erase a few years. Kate doesn't look her age at all. I like Charles. He (and Ryan) seem like nice blokes.

I couldn't agree with you more on everything you said. Michelle is hiding behind all of that makeup and the Abba tribute dates her for sure. She looks more like 50-55 to me and I'm 69 and have been told I look a lot younger. Genetics have a lot to do with it but I have always eaten pretty well, very little fast food in my younger years.

Well, Michele, if you dont want to know how old people think you are than dont ask them because in my opinion you DO LOOK 45. and thats because of too much make up, you dont look young anymore as it looks like you covering something up. You could look fresh if you did not overdo it. Lets be honest, i could say that you two girls were the same age. So i think its not fair asking a man for his opinion on your age and than insult him. It's understandable that people don't want to eat high fat items like cream and oil. What I don't get is that they always seem to be fine with avocados which are very high in fat. That type of fat may be fine for your heart, but fats are 9 calories a gram, over twice that of carbs or protein.

Avocado is extremely healthy and never made anyone fat. I practically lived on avocados in my 20s and 30s and never weighed more than 64 kilos to my 177.5 centimetres. They’re great for the skin, too. It’s healthy fat, just like olive oil!
