This took me a long time but I think it was well worth the work and time put into it. I have been a Michigan fan my entire life and this season was an absolute dream. First sports championship I've ever experienced. Hope you guys enjoy this retrospective.

Harbaugh did not win more Big 10 titles than Dantonio. They both won three (though Harbaugh's should eventually be vacated). Harbaugh DID have more suspensions for cheating (two) than Dantonio (zero).

First of all, there is no disrespect if you were part of Coach Rodriguez or Hoke recruiting classes, but what they were coaching and how they were coaching it needed to be washed out (not the players) how they were getting coach.. It takes 6 years now of especially with Covid, to get your own players and philosophy of how you want to play your brand of football and get the right people to coach it.. Jim played the cards he was delt them first 4, 5 years (some players 6 years), but boy once he did it was a beautiful master class especially the National Championship, and Rose Bowl game.. Mediocre to National Champions.. .

The rule itself was established in the mid-1990's, when the concern was that schools with more resources could send scouts to opponents games with camcorders and film the signal system, whereas others could not. Today, there are thousands of recording devices used by almost everyone. @@Universalknowledge13 That is why the NCAA revisited the policy over the summer. It is an antiquated rule. The rule was broken and the involved party was dismissed. But if you think that the University of Michigan did not have a championship team this past year, you need to remove your biased vision glasses. Our defense smothered and disrupted their opponents, and our offense scored when they absolutely needed to. Re-watch the Rose Bowl game 🌹, and tell me that the Michigan team was not a champion! Blake Corum refusing to be brought down, and not dropping a catch with 3: 19 left in the game on 4th and 2 from the UM 33, while trailing by a touchdown? Roman Wilson leaping for a catch that, if missed, would have resulted in a rare McCarthy interception. And finally, stuffing Milroe had nothing to do with guesswork. Stewart blew an all-American off of the line-of-scrimmage and closed a gap that Milroe had targeted. Game Over. Onward, and Hail to the Victors... The better team won all 15 games.. 15-0〽 Go Blue!

My favorite part of this year was watching Paul Finebaum eat a 5 gallon bucket of crow after Harbaugh out coached his god Nick Saban in the Rose Bowl. That was worth the wait!!
