I want Tuttle right now. We should only have to score 20-30 ppg to win most of the time with the defense. Morgan has already flipped a highly touted DB. It wouldn't surprise me at all if he did it again. I'm not subscribed to either but by looking at the titles of TMI and the Wolverine's articles it's looking like we might be back in the game for Derek Meadows who commits on the 20th.

That’s not true. A 1-2 punch at RB and a run threat at qb puts a lot of pressure on the defense. Orji starting at qb or not is dependent upon the qb room not rb room.

@MichiganSportsTalk because it's a step backwards from JJ athletically. Our offense stalled far too often in the playoffs even with JJ. If not for Alabama's incompetent center we lose yet again in the semis. After Tyler Morris's TD with 4 minutes remaining in the 2nd Quarter Michigan didn't score again until under 2 minutes remained in the 4th Quarter. That's an entire half of the game plus 2 minutes. I hate to say it but with a totally new offensive line to break in we really have to discard the boa constrictor model and use more 4th chapter and let Orji do his thing. Peyton Thorne had Alabama beat with far less of a roster using almost exclusively chapter 4 playcalls.

To the Ohio fans obsessing on Michigan channels on the daily: Connor Stalions hadn't been hired yet by Michigan when the 2021 game was played and he was long gone by the time the 2023 game went down.
