It’s a”Maize”ing!! When Michigan lost to MSU last season, and J.J. fumbled twice, losing one that was pivotal in the Spartans’ comeback win, I was absolutely livid. Cade was my guy, and he led the team to great accomplishments while he was here. I’ll always appreciate what Cade helped accomplish alongside his teammates and he will forever hold a special place in my Wolverine heart. Thank you Cade!! Going into this season, I wanted Cade to lead the team to even greater heights. An unfortunate injury cut his season short, and he has since decided to transfer. I wish him and Erick All second-best in Iowa. J.J. has taken the foundation that Cade and Co. laid, and he has helped build upon that foundation to another victory over Ohio State, back to back Big Ten Championships, and a second consecutive CFP appearance. Now it’s time to reach higher. I never realized the heart and mind of this kid until I watched this interview. I think J.J. saw the leadership Cade displayed, he’s harnessed it, and he’s forged it into a desire that will not be denied! This kid is incredibly humble and mature, especially given his age. And he’s eight quarters away from being a National Champion! GO BLUE!! 💛💙

@ILoveTorriesPuppies Жыл бұрын
@@Rockcity829 Did I or did I not say “Cade helped accomplish?” It’s incredible how some of you try to twist my words and attempt to attack your fellow fan. But if you honestly believe that Cade wasn’t an integral part of restoring UM to a National Title contender, you couldn’t be more wrong. Last I checked, J.J. fumbling at MSU last season was the number one reason they lost that game. And if they don’t lose that game, they’re number one squaring off with Cincinnati in the CFP instead of Georgia…and Cade was the starting QB. But wait a minute, you must not remember that, you’ll just remember the pick that Cade threw at the end of that game. You’ll choose to remember Haskins’ five TD game vs Ohio State, but won’t remember the clutch throws Cade made to Sainristil, CJ, and Roman. You won’t remember plays he made at Penn State, you’ll just remember that All took a three yard pass and ran it the distance. You won’t remember the throws he made in the Wiscy game in Madison, you’ll just remember how “slow” he was against Georgia. To say Cade was “along for the ride” is so disingenuous. It’s clear that some people will just never appreciate what they had because apparently that’s a sign of weakness. And if Cade leads Iowa to Indianapolis next season, people such as yourself will undermine the accomplishment by saying “the West division is weak,” “He was just along for the ride,” and “They don’t deserve to be there.” I don’t understand why it’s so hard for some of you…the mental gymnastics.
