Rode the tunnel of trees a couple of yrs ago. I appreciate the tid bits you put in the video. One of the last family vacations we took as a family five yrs ago was to the dunes before my dad passed away

What a fun video. I’ve ridden it a few times. When my daughter graduated from HS we went on a week long 1200 mile Michigan excursion. We were just vagabonds in the wind. No rain for 6 days, had the time of our lives. I’ve been on two wheel since 1978 so you know what I’m talkin about. You two do a great job. Thanks.

We were able to ride tunnel of trees, which was pretty cool, but missed rt 22. Looks great riding right next to the lake! That last overlook reminded me of a trip we did several years back. Rode up to Frankfort, MI and followed the coast south stopping at every lighthouse along the way. Really enjoyed that trip. Thanks for another great video!

You're welcome! We stayed in Frankfort after the Tunnel of Trees and Bear Dunes. Then down the coast to South Haven. Definitely a ride and trip to remember!

Hi guys! Just stumbled across your channel and this video! Nice job! I really enjoyed it! Being born and raised in Michigan growing up in Traverse City I always enjoy seeing home! My family are up in TC and I miss being up there! I do make it back home few times a year to TC to visit my folks and family. I miss home but I have relocate to Ohio after college and started my own family now living near Hocking Hills and working up in Westerville. Enjoy the channel keep up the adventures!

In the Tunnel of Trees there is a really nice coffee shop called Trillium Woods Coffee. It was a good place for a break and a cup of joe. Stopped there on my orbit of Lake Michigan in 2023.

You would have never been going down M-119 that fast when the fall colors are on. An you came on a year temp wise like we had in the 70s great riding weather. An there was a battle on the beach at Devils elbow between 2 native tribes. An the town at the southern end is Harbor Springs.
