I go to Drummond Island each year, the whole island is an off road paradise, always a great time and the locals are welcoming. Lots of places to stop off and eat etc and it's nice you can ride through the water of Lake Huron. Has things from rock climbing to mud pits, dirt trails and just straight up gravel. Love the place-going back in September. Also Baldwin has some good trails for ATV and dirtbikes Big O and Little O trails.

Spot on! I'm now aiming to make Drummond at least an annual event as well. I've been riding Little O almost once a year for over 20 years.

Big Bear/Crapo Lake trails are my main trails. We have a family cabin right near there. Just 5 minutes ride down the street and we can pick it up. Or ride the power lines for a couple minutes and pick it up too. I do have lots of photos and a couple short videos. Great scenery.

Black Mountain Scramble Area and surrounding trails are my favorite. Luzurne Meadows trail east and west Leota trails. I have only rode the west section.

Big Bear/Crappo Creek "50 Trails are kind of rustic. Like they haven't been well maintained over the years. I have never seen another rider while out on them. Makes for a pretty awesome ride!

St Helen's trail area is huge. You can ride around all day and never see the same trails. Plus you can ride in the towns around the area.

The video shows great places for day riding. If you're looking for spending several days riding and exploring you need to get to the UP. You can spend a weekend to a week riding different trails with some amazing scenery. Drummond Island, Keeweenaw Peninsula, Western UP towards Wakefield/Ironwood. Those areas will blow your mind. Some great guide services in those areas too from Discover Drummond Island Adventure Tours to Hamilton's North Coast Adventures.

Lake CO!!! If you want to go to Jail or get many tickets!!!! You know 25 mph not 27. All 4 wheels on the road!!!! No extra lights. This is only a few things. You are that county’s income. 27 mph. $250….. drop off you wheels off the road.. $298… o and the sheriff can smoke, run with no brake lights. Ugh stay away from lake CO.

Me and my buddy just went to Roush Off Road World in Sturgis MI. By far worst place we have been. Trails are very tight and not groomed at all, lots of ruts and pits/wash outs. My buddy rolled his brand new atv from a wash out area. Looks like they have some hillbillies that live at their small campground year round. We won’t be back-mentioned this since someone recommended it in past comments

That's funny. I used to live in Sturgis and yes that place is terrible. There is nothing else like that anywhere close though. Most people I know went to Silver lake

Yes. The ferry is large enough to bring 5th Wheel campers over to the island, and there are campgrounds on the island.

Little O is a good 50" or less trail, and Tin Cup and Lincoln Hills are good routes.

How well marked is the military base area? Is it pretty easy to know where you shouldn't go so you don't end up somewhere you shouldn't be?

@@ATVG very well marked and they have trails that are gated if the gate is open it's ok to ride the wife and I have been riding there for 3 years now with no problems we stay at a campground called river bend.

Rock and Valleys park doesn't allow ATV's. They don't want to allow anything that does not have a roll cage. Lame.

love it all except Bundy Hill. hate that place. Not many good trails, just some in & out bowls and lots of mud. Mounting a flag sucks too
