If that doesn't say it all in a single sentence. THERE IS A DIFFERENCE BETWEEN EFFORT AND INTENT. BEAUTIFUL!! Working without a plan is wasted sweat and unfocused exertion. I don't think I've ever heard a more articulate focused coach than Joe Rossi. Look out Big Ten. This defense is going to get better in a flash. Joe Rossi is also the type of coach that can recruit and excite a player to join this beautiful plan of Jonathan Smith in East Lansing. By consensus this staff is at least top ten nationally. Perhaps much better than that. The new Big Ten is a powerhouse. So is this collection of coaching talent assembled by Jonathan Smith. GO GREEN!!

What a great coaching staff. The previous regime was all about recruiting, but were mediocre coaches. Also, the previous coach was a narcissist. Good riddance, but also sad that MSU leaders were not disciplined or experienced in hiring the process. Our current AD deserves a lot of gratitude from Spartan fans.

The main reason for Tucker being hired was because Dantonio screwed them over when he left so late. When Tucker was fired, they were able to actually have time to make a great hire and they did
