It will never change. Same procedure for the last 100 years. I’m a trucker and heavy tow truck driver. When I’m pulled over, I request to get off the highway to a safe area. Never been denied. When I’m in the tow truck doing service on the side of the highway, it’s amazing how many people will try to hit you. Our death rate in a tow truck about 60 a year. Grasp that number.
