I lost my first husband to multiple myeloma, the blood/bone cancer that took Mickey. I admire this woman so much, and much credit belongs to Mickey. RIP, and God bless Mariska for showing such class and grace during the horrible process of watching her once-strong father wither under this menace.

I was adopted by two people that if you was a kid and a good fairy gave you the choice of any parents in the world, and you could pick them out of a book yourself, you’d say oh forget that, I’ll take these people right here. That’s exactly how tremendous they were. And my childhood was a fantasy and of course I kind of knew it at the time but didn’t realize how spoiled I was until later. My parents had a ranch in Oklahoma and I had all the animals and horses, but my dads office was in Tulsa and we traveled all my childhood, and I remember asking my mother why Jesus gave his life for me and she didn’t try to explain it just just said you’ll know more later. I’ve still never understood it but I know it’s true because two saints raised me.

Mariska was in the backseat of the car when her mother was killed in the accident in 1967. She was 3. She and two of her brothers survived the accident that killed her mom and two other adults. She truly is a survivor! Her dad was in an episode of "Law and Order: SVU". I think it was in 2006.

Was Mariska the last child born to Jayne Mansfield I guess I got it mixed up that her name was Maria maybe it was Mariska but the Tabloid said that she took off with the IP in Mexico live there for a few months and came back pregnant but she said she was pregnant before she left Mickey that was in the 50s and then she came back and continued with Mickey and had the baby but I don't know if that was Mariska but the tabloids hinted that she got pregnant in Mexico and then came back to Mickey pregnant
