I feel like that’d be a bit distasteful, sure he’s been gone for a while now but it’d just feel wrong to make a deceased man a walk around meet and greet character, best I can see is maybe a very special location or event based meet and greet character, think Mickey in his house but more rare and for a limited time, but even then I don’t see them doing that either.

Oh my gosh, my heart!!!! I can't stop smiling and tearing up! This made my night. Mickey just saw his dad again! The man who started this amazing and iconic franchise. So glad this moment was filmed. Some children are blind terrified, some are all for it. My son, he was months old and he looked at cosplayers with wonder, enjoys all the cuddles from Deadpool and Darth Vader. Fast forward to when he's a year and a bit, and he smiles when a full body puppeteered dragon roars in his face 🤣 I have a video of that. His uncle is Spider-Man, Mummy's friends are Stormtroopers.. I suppose its what you're surrounded with.
