Rareware's texture and light-baking teams seemed to be on a whole other level. Not even Nintendo's own games on the N64 seemed to fake 3D depth and detail in their textures as well as Rare did at the time.

Being that this is a RareWare game, I wouldn't mind trying this one out myself someday, cause it seems pretty cool. Since I'm a huge lover for kart-racers such as the Mario Kart franchise, Crash Team Racing and a few more.

If you pay attention to some of the character design - Mickey's ears are always visible, which helps sell the character's image closer. This is a common animation trick called the "Mickey Mouse rule" for that exact reason. And is why Goku's hair in Dragon Ball looks the same from every angle.

I hope Disney gives Nintendo the Ok and Greenlight to let both the N64 and GBC variants of this game on the N64 and GB/Super GB/GBC branches of Nintendo Switch Online at some point for a few reasons: 1.Some games that are compatible with each other (mainly Mario Golf & Mario Tennis) have happened while others (Specifically "Sonic the Hedgehog 3" and "Sonic & Knuckles" for Sonic the Hedgehog 2 (as well as Sonic the Hedgehog 1), Pokemon R/B/Y for both Pokemon Stadium games, Pokemon G/S/C for just Pokemon Stadium 2, and Banjo-Tooie for Banjo-Kazooie) are still on the way. 2. There have been plenty of other Rareware games released (with the minor exceptions for Diddy Kong Racing, Donkey Kong 64, Banjo-Tooie and Conker's Bad Fur Day for N64; Donkey Kong Land 1-3, Donkey Kong Country and Conker's Pocket Tales for GB/Super GB/GBC; and Donkey Kong Country 1-3, Banjo-Kazooie: Grunty's Revenge, & assumingly Banjo-Pilot on GBA that are on the way) 3. There have been 2 4th party games already released on the NSO branches already (Goldeneye 007 (by MGM) on N64 and Quest for Camelot (by Warner Bros.) on GBC to be exact)

If you use the N-Rage input plugin it gives you the option to emulate a transfer pack and then you just select the game and save file (this case being Mickey's Speedway USA on GameBoy Colour).

Or... you know, just unlock him with this cheat code: Unlock Huey 800D3128 008F You need to change video or audio options at least once so it saves to the game pak, then you can turn the cheat off and Huey will be permanently saved.
