Playing through eternal right now on Hurt Me Plenty. This music just triggers something else. I can't go ballistic in any other shooter like I can in doom. The combat loop is just so beautiful. I must admit, the Rated M phase of videogames lost it's ability to be brutal, terrifying and Hardcore all at the same time. I always kinda noticed the interesting difference from DOOM 2016 and DOOM Eternal/Ancient God. Doom Eternal music is fast and "sharp". Sounds like a theme of a fancy cool guy, that like to rip and tear Doom 2016 is more slow and raw, yet heavy. Sounds like a theme of a beast/berserk, that goes in a fight, already injured, with pure agner/hunger for blood. Even tho I like doom Eternal's music more, I cannot deny the wild energy of Doom 2016
