I can't believe how much this one comedy routine has entered the public consciousness. The number of people on my FB feed who are glammed up with the comment, "We went out out" without any need to refernce Micky Flannagan's original sketch. Everyone just knows what they mean. Out-out has just gone into the popular lexicon without question or fanfare. Micky Flannagan's great contribution to the English language.
