Another great video! I’ve been thinking about these lead toys. How to preserve &display them? I would put them on a shadow box frame, wire them onto either a velvet background ( bright pink or lemon yellow?) or a country side view for the farmyard animals or vintage painted battle scene for soldiers? On the back I would put the details of where I found the items. Your fantabulous Mickey Mouse deserves his own Vintage diorama. Maybe a Minnie too? My mind has worked overtime on that one. He really is a precious little rodent find. Thanks again for cheering my evenings when my chronic pain chases away sleep, and I watch wonderful women do interesting things together, that don’t cost the earth and mean something. Thank you from the bottom of my ❤️ xxxxx PS. The footage of three women in an inflatable is priceless. I hope you NEVER get shipwrecked…..xxx

Mick, Sarah, Gail and Alex, It's Always a Fun lark when you four get together. I laughed a lot but am very glad to see you all made it across the river safely. Let's hear it for Mick, that stayed behind, looking out for you gals. Some great finds! I liked Gail's spouted medicine bottle, shaped in a triangle to indicate caution, if handled in low lighting. Do you think her tiny train is actually the inside of an old lighter? I think the creepy looking dog Alex found, may have originally had jewels set into the eye sockets, era of 1950s and 60s. Loved her Camel and marbles. Liked Sarah's finds, but what I enjoyed most, was her ability to laugh at herself and her comical narration. ( : Missed the premier, so I watched it after. No worries

A complete bakelite light switch for Alex, too, plus a lead toy of a woman carrying a baby for Alex too! ( : Cool find of a knuckle bones play piece too! ( Sarah, how did you get so high up the cliff this time again, sweetie?! Wow, when you looked back for where Mick was, I almost had a heart attack how high up you were! Please be careful! ( : Wow, a lead wheel too! ( : That is fantastic!! Sooo cool!! I am so happy for you! ( : I cannot believe you found a whole black glass dish, Gail! Wow! ( : That's amazing! ( : Ohhh, Alex, that tiny lead pig is sooo cute! ( : Loving the drone shots of the larking ladies, too, Mick!! ) : Love that feature! ( : Maybe if you go down to the water sideways, Sarah. You won't slide as much! Ya know? Teamwork is the dreamwork! Nice job Sarah and Gail assisting each other, to conserve energy and not get hurt too! ( : I feel so much better having you down at the bottom of the cliff, Sarah? Phew! ( : Oh my heavens, you found a lead Mickey Mouse!!! Wow! That is fantastic!! Can you wash him off better to see him? That is awesome! ( : Ohhh. Gail will be happy with that big terracotta pot you found, Sarah! ( : And a harmonica, Gail. That is Soo cool! ( : My old boss used to play the harmonica! He would bring it to work (we worked in a high school) and he would pull it out and play it for the students occasionally! He was such a fun, quirky guy!! ( : Yayyyyyyy, you found a new Frankenstein creature. Sarah! ( : I love your thought pattern, Gail, bringing the little child's shoe to life! Sooo sweet and beautiful! ( ; Yahoo, a jam jar. Sarah! ( : A lovely long elegant fork, Alex! I love it! You just need a knife now! ( : OMGGGG!! That is sooo cool, Sarah! And a farm scene made out of lead is sooo cool, Sarah! Sooo many amazing lead finds today! Love it! ( : ( : Then Gail found a teeny train of lead and Alex, found a big, whole lead camel! Sally the Camel has two humps...That was a song my kids sang when they were young! (: A great larking trip, in the mud was had by all, with sooo many gems to bring home, share, and cherish!! ( : To the island for more adventures! Lol! ( : Love old cassette tapes! ( ; Oh dear, everyone was dancing so well and enjoying the dinghy when boom! Lol! ( : Oh no, I thought you guys were going to go bo again at the end! Lol! ( : That was soooo fun and amazing! Fantastic filming and editing prowess, Mick, and all of you lady larkers on your individual videos! ( : Fantastic! Such a great adventure in the mud!! ( : Good. Messy fun! ( : Love you all sooo much! The Fearless 3 and Mick OMG I wish I had been wearing an adult diaper hahahaha Too funny!! It wasn't that it was dangerous but the editing made it seem that way. Gail did great navigating hte boat across. Next time have 2 ropes, one to take across and the other to pull back . Such lovely finds too. I loved the spouted bottle. LOL In my video (2nd one in 2 years LOL) I opened my box from Ian and Louise hahaha OMG I can not believe I said "I got my box from the Northern Mudlarks LOL I was so excited opening that box. I was shaking for an hour afterwards lol was scared to carry the box home. I was in for many surprises. I was disappointed the Daddies bottle had damage. That is an amazing bottle! From watching I would have never thought those bottles weight so little but OMG the bubbles, I love love love bubbles! And the Eiffel Tower bottle I don't think I had said I wanted one and that sent me over the moon!!! And the wee bottles were too precious and OMG they were so clean! Someone needs to learn their secret!! The local conservation office told me to find out what minerals are in the ground where the bottles are found. He said that baking soda takes care of one thing, vinegar another, salt another, hot vinegar for something else hahaha and cream of tartar and hot water for calcium I think he said. But each one makes cleaning the glass easier. I did not think about it but he said that glass has pores and the sick gets in the pours. He also said that the magic eraser sponges sometimes clean out a bottle really well, he said to take an old wire hanger and tie it around the sponge to clean out the bottles, said you can cut up the sponge also.... I never think of these simple things hahaha I always have to do things the hard way lol. Oh yeah here in the States we have DAWN dishwashing liquid, he said that it is a soy based cleaner, does not have a lye base like other cleaners and it will clean differently than other dish soaps. I have no idea why it is so different, They clean the birds and animals with it at oil spills from oil tankers and removes the oil easily, is gentle on the animals so it is not toxic to them. but is another idea. Loved the video
