Wanders are easier in the van and there is more time to explore. I feel there is time to do more and of course I can take Morag.

Great wee spot for car camping Mac, been there many times. There's some amount of brambles doon there. loving the new campervan. Ps get levelers fir yer wheels not all parkups are level as I'm sure your aware.

Thanks Mac, again I felt like I was there. A really lovely place, my friend Nicola is a fan of Croy beach and I can see why now. I hope you get your curry, you will need to list your top 10 and I might follow your path and take a run down from Lanarkshire over the winter months to cheer up the weekends !

I have noticed that if you get a carryout from a restaurant the curry is of a higher standard. Didn’t manage one on this wander but next Saturdays is from Troon and I found a fantastic curry house.

I remember cars having to reverse up the hill from Croy beach as its so steep,, probably early 70s when cars weren't as powerful

Sign says gate locked at 7.30,no overnight stay, have you had any issues with this?

No there were a number of van there overnight, and people comming and going to all hours.

Hi Mac, to sit more comfortable on your driver seat while driving you can adjust the height of the attachment point on the “B” pillar where the seatbelt is attached by your shoulder. If you tip the handle you can slide it down and get rid of the belt at your neck and it fits to your shoulder. I love to see your videos Thanks a lot, Mac. 👋😃

@@wanderwithmac not the seat but the thing where the belt comes down to avoid the seatbelt disturbing you while driving and doesn't protect you right that way. Just slide the thing down at lowest position and try it out.
