What do you do to keep the body from spinning on the hook shank?

A couple of things can help. Before tying, brush the hook a small amount of brush-on superglue, then start your thread and wrap over the glue. Second, after you tie in the foam, wing and legs at the back of the hook, keep tension as you lift and wrap underneath the foam. Repeat at the front. Also make sure to use strong enough thread to fully compress the foam at the tie in point.s
