The memory of mono (or flouro for that matter) absolutely sucks. I'm with you. All I do now is braid to a flouro leader. I also use mono as a backing when I put the line on. And I ALSO use a double uni knot for the leader knot. We're identical. Positive thinking is definitely important. ⛪ The pop and drop method was killing it. No bass yet? You'd think you'd catch one by accident by now. 😂 GREAT demonstration of the cleaning. I've never tried it like that but one day I will. I love the artwork in your Man Cave. Later, Matt!
