Seeing as the name of the channel is BamaBass, it would be fitting for you to get a specimen of the Alabama Bass species as the new tank fish to replace Moby. They like the deep pockets of shallow sandy and rocky creeks in the mobile drainage, practically all shallow creeks south of demopolis on the Tombigbee, and Camden on the Alabama. They are a subspecies of spotted bass

The way I catch all my native predators as small as possible for aquarium is at night with a headlamp and a dip net. Some say I’m the Charlie Daniels of the dip net.... I’ve caught some micro fishing like you too but they’re usually bigger than preferred. I want to try to start cast netting but that’s basically unheard of up here in Pennsylvania.

I think he should be called LEGEND since he’s gonna be the fish behind the name change from crawfish to crappie creek. Basically, the Legend of Crappie Creek.

I own tons of rods and reels. But one of my favorites of my Dock Demon Deluxe with a little small abu garcia spinning reel under it. Living in Louisiana means all of the fishing looks like this but with more brush and fallen trees. The small size of the rod makes it perfect for under hand and side arm casting and I don’t ever get stuck on anything around me. I catch bass half the size of the rod on that thing lol. And they are damn strong! I can bend the tip of the rod to the bottom of the handle and it doesn’t care.

As much as a conservationist as you seem to be, I'm disappointed you haven't harvested those pigs. Those aren't pets, in any way. That is walking American farmer destruction in its second purest form.

I think his name should be Orlando. As in Orlando Wilson. I always liked watching the Orlando Wilson fishin' show on Saturday mornings when I was a kid. I even bought the helicopter fishing lures he used to peddle, never caught anything on them though. 😃

She said I'm sorry hunny I can't go, I'm watching the Orlando Wilson fishin' show.... ♩🎤 I can't go fishin', everybody I know is watching the Orlando Wilson fishin' show. 🎶

I was just now able to get to some of my creeks today, We've had way too much rain in Central NC, I'm near the Neuse river, walked there today and I've never seen so many crawdad holes, I've gotta make me some traps. Nice bluegills btw, I love catching them big like that on a micro rod, it's so much fun. I actually micro fish more than anything and every once in a while I'll hook a 5 pounder or so bass, what a fight.

Have to ask the bass was under size when you caught it how did you get away with that? Or does your area have different rules?
@thunderbuddies7423 жыл бұрын
Ive heard shellfish diets will make a fishs colors pop or even change(mainly saltwater) but always an exception so im gonna guess that those bluegills diets are mainly fresh litters of those micro craws that can actually fit in their little mouths
