So much knowledge in this video! Your channel is underrated, TK! Quick question, do you think a micro-saas still requires a customer success person in the absence of a sales team or can i truly be 100% self-served?

It's better to be underrated than overrated :)

Thanks, TK. First time that I saw you and amazing video, specially for a first-time founder like me. Just a question: Building a micro SaaS (as a first-time founder), do you consider it important to participate in incubators or even accelerators (equity or equity-free)?

They definitely have their value. But, it's not a requirement to success.

This comment is scaring me, I am looking at a Micro Saas as a micro tool that doesn't need such attention, but you can scale your product to say $500k MRR just with targeted audience. Provided it solves a real problem, going mainstream to funding is however a good idea.
