this is the only microtubule vid i've found that even mentions tau without it being specifically about PD/AD. i'm trying to understand what tau is doing normally, any insights on that? p.s., good vid thx~

Tau is a microtubules associated protein....it increases the stability of microtubules

@@animatedbiologywitharpan Any leads on how it does? all the animations i see on youtube just show it stuck to the side of the MTs with the other MAPs, but they don't explain what it's actually doing differently
