I agree that short workouts work especially with some weight. I actually normally do a 20-30 minutes session and for me it's not worth it to travel to the gym(unless the gym is at work) especially I spend more time in the shower there afterwards 🙈 That's why I love to have a couple of dumbbells or better a small home barbell. And even more I agree that your diet is everything and is about 80 percent of success whatever your fitness routine is! I naturally tend to like healthy food. I am not vegan or vegetarian but try to eat organic food whenever I can but I am not obsessed with any particular diet overall, it's more about listening to my body. And as I have pretty fast metabolism I don't need to cut on calories too much and if I do I cut only on carbs. For females I would also add it's really important to maintain your hormonal balance and to train according to your period phases(I don't know how it works on birth control pills, might be different) but I definitely can't lift the same weight every day. I used to keep a training diary and it was obvious how different my abilities are during the month😱 Also good supplements can be really helpful, I swear by them especially some Ayurvedic herbs in addition to multivitamins/omegas. And meditation! Especially with some Yoga poses...After all if you are constantly stressed and unhappy even the best training and diet will not help much. So stop and take a deep breath in 🙂

@@MilitaryFitness Yes, my first weight training Guru said this is the way you do it and I didn't question that 😇 as if I come to you to learn something I treat you with respect and acknowledge that you know more than me 🙏🏻 I also had another fitness Guru who is an expert in supplements etc and I am very grateful for introducing me into that field too as now I have quite good knowledge in that area and not only fitness wise 😁 And you are my Bleep Test Guru 🙂 And overall I benefit from listening to you in different ways. I am mostly intuitive and go with the flow and that works for me but I need a little bit of balance with having some order in my head 🙂 Otherwise I live in another world and my primary interest is wellness/beauty/meditation/energy balancing techniques and things like that. Actually I am a practitioner of few techniques myself and might do my current career just for some time as it's a bit more practical 😄 I don't know why I am so talkative on your channel 🙈 I like it here 🙂
