microcosmos HDR (+new samples) | Xperia 5V

First time mix of VideoPro (16:9) and CinemaPro (21:9) and output HDR HLG (BT.2020) 4K120fps (120to30fps, recording mode); some 'extended' version. Added some extra samples recorded in 2023. Not edited, colored, no filters, no AI, gimbals, sliders etc, just phone.

In the videos I mark as HDR, if you have an HDR OLED or miniLed HDR screen, you can easily set the brightness to 70%-99% and it should look quite correct. Enjoy BT2020.

Thanks. Interestingly, most of the shots were taken while riding a bike (you can even see it on the video ☺) to go shopping, because the film was shot in Krakow, and the best ones in my opinion (e.g. Ramaria Bonord - corals/mushrooms and trees) were shot 200 meters from the supermarket. I visited most of these places for the first time and I was surprised by how much we don't notice - that's why this video was created. Yours faithfully :) 👋

@@wnj765 5V nie ma teleobiektywu który przy video czasem daje mega fajne efekty. Mniej pamięci, trochę więcej szarpania przy 120fps. Wróciłem z kolejnych testów 1V oraz tym razem wziąłem inny sprzet dodatkowo (tu nie będę zdradzał). Mnie nadal szokuje 1V, rozpiętość HDR praktycznie taka sama jak na pełnej klatce. Film w trakcie tworzenia.

HDR bezpośrednio z telefonu robi robote bo jest idealnie kompatybilne z yt w przeciwieństwie do iphona gdzie wszystko jest przepalone . Szkoda ze 1% ludzi na świecie ten model kupi 🙄 .Sony ma zdaje się ma pelnoklatkowe czujniki w kamerach .

Thanks. Im tryin' show quality that doesnt need post process, filters, gimbals etc and it is almost Auto Mode. With (just) 30fps, gimbal, ND, post process this film could look much much better. Cheers 🙋

Wow amazing. Did you use the N/A filter on Cinema Pro? The Venice CS filter is amazing but depending on the scenery, you lose too much color saturation.

No filters, HDR with just white balance (AWB) set. For example the first sample and second wrere recorded with different AWB setting (auto and cloudy or sunny - I dont remember now) - thats why sky and colors are different.

@philippillis9393 film was almost fully recorded in VideoPro App without any filters. CinemaPro has different HDR performance (its harder to achive proper exposure). Samples 21:9 were rec in CienamaPro.

Wow, stunning footage. I would like to do same, I have the 1V and also lumix s5 m2. Please, what settings are you using and what software, premiere pro? cap cut? Vn? music from Artlist?- Hopefully I can start doing my first youtube.

All samples was just combine in software (without post processing/just cut), Premiere Pro (full trial). Settings: VideoPro/HLG BT2020, sometimes lock MF (it is very friendly, because i use AF and when focus is where I want then press MF), AE correction to minus (I write this many times on other films). Cinema Pro is more complicated app with different HDR, mostly manual and it is harder to achive good exposure (ND filters should help here) - you can see that some 21:9 samples are a little oversaturated. VideoPro is much more normal user friendly. Sample nr 11 with tree was shot with AF (autofocus) - you can see how focus is moves on the surface of the tree. Soo there was just one slider (AE correction) and rest was Auto mode (!). Mode: 4K120fps (slow motion) 98% time. Only last sample was recorded in 30fps. Song is preinstalled on VideoCreator app (it was taken from first movie microcosmos). In other films I use bensound dot com. There is many websites with music (like artlist), and there is very big catalog of KZbin free music (common). There is several softwares that output HDR / HLG - I choose HLG because I want show video thats is exactly the same as straight from phone. All you see is what 5V recorded.
