Jonah is the new microgreens boss lvl 10 of 2024 😎. I found Jonah through a Curtis Stone course a few years back and really admired how analytical and thorough Jonah is. I'm glad I see a microgreens grower focusing on soils and the health they bring to our foods. This guys a true farmer. More than anything I respect how open Jonah is to give away trade secrets and knowledge gained close to or over a decade of trial and errors. This man is a true farmer. Real Farmers and tradesman share the secrets to those who are truly listening. Farmers are the most underrated trade known to man. Minuscule, but if there is an electricity calculator, there should be a water calculator.

Bro where tf did you get $38.69 total profit/tray? $38.69/7.5clams=$5.16/clam profit. But you said it cost us $1.4/clam to produce, and we sell at $6, leaving a profit of $4.6 not $5.16. Total profit/ tray is $34.5. 77% profit margin.

Good catch! I didn't include the clamshells costs, but have updated the document now to include those costs in the net proft calculation.
