Could this be used without connecting Lan cable to computer ??woukd just like the basic function

That is a smart bit of kit, do Arco manufacture any other ham radio products.

I was trying to find the ARCO rotator controller on line. What am I doing wrong? I cannot get but companies that sell all rotators. Is there a model Number or better than that what is the link to ARCO. Thanks..Jim

are there any ways to find heading by punching call sign or part of the call sign of the other station ?

Not sure, that would almost certainly be software.. there is an Ethernet connection and usb on rear so all pc controlled

@@TheGazLab ok I thought it would have been feasable from the controller itself, I know it can bearing by entering locator or ITU region... since it has an ethernet connection, I thought you could have punch part of a call sign and it could swing the rotor in the proper position... if you ever get the chance to try it, let me know !

need this in my life... If I use an Yaesu G-450C can I connect the controler to the white connector at backside of Yaesu control box? I found the instructions on Microham website but Im not sure yet. Any advise or help Sir? tnx CT7ABD

Yes, I tried it with the 450 it worked ok..

@@fabianomoser yes the yaesu box is replaced.. you plug the rotator cable in the rear of the Arco and select the rotator from the Arco menu..
