You may want to do a dry shampoo in between your salon shampoos since you you are itching. The itching may be due to sweat accumulating on your scalp from your workouts. And the band on your bonnet, you may want to change out to something without elastic. Elastic and cotton pull and rub causing traction, especially on the edges. Just a few suggestions from a loctitian (who wears locs). Btw....you're hair is nice. And your locs are progressing as they should.

I was really hoping you said you did these 😟 Your and color is beautiful! I feel like based off looking at the video and how you describe the hair texture we have a similar grade. I’m trying to find someone local to do mine but it’s so hard to find someone in my area. I like a neat loc and it’s hard to find someone to fo them like I like them.
