Although I don't think Trinny is at all,.....this face mask is bloody hideous on her. Was very happy when she ripped it off. In saying that though, it's all obviously working for Trinny 'cos she's looking extreamly good. Fasinating and informative video. This needling thing is all new to me. Oh the torture you ladies put yourselves through to keep the essence of youth! Well, for your own self feeling/ worth/ image it is worth it and we [us blokes] appreciate it as well, even though a lot of us just don't understand the lengths you go to, to get your amazing results. For the lady with crepey eye lids I would also recommend the NIOD fractionated eye contour concentrate as it is one of the few products you can lose all over your upper lid. It works too.

Trinny has very similar philosophy to me when it comes to skincare. As a beauty therapist the training has always to be very gentle but I think, within reason, the opposite is better. By “damaging” the skin you encourage the healing process which produces collagen and elastin production. I look at my sister who is 10 years younger who does very little with her skin and she looks older than me. I do microneedling, microdermabrasion etc etc which is in effect like the face, neck and décolleté getting a work out!

So interesting Trinny, am fairly new to skincare as I was also brought up to believe my mum when she said all skincare things were a con. Am trying loads of new products and enjoying seeing such a change. I bought CT glow and hated it, also couldn't tolerate the smell and found it sticky. A bit of a waste. As a mask>>>> I used a nice hydrating *jar mask * on my skin, then gingerly put plastic wrap over it, on my t zone, for twenty minutes. It's satisfying because you have to be very gentle with it and you can feel it soaking in, and it looks cooler than a sheet mask

Wow! I could never put the ordinary AHA/BHA peel on neck. I put it on my face and the back of my hands, but I never rub or it will burn terribly. I like it though once a week. I use the Cerave SA cleanser on my neck and chest, as well as the Pixi glow tonic wipes, which are more gently. I'm really liking the Eucerin AHA body lotion too.

Trinny, off the topic of your video, but I went to a cosmetic dermatologist for my under eye bags & dark circles. He suggested laser oxygen treatment for the puffy eyes and I don't know another procedure for the d a to circles. The cost was going to be around $4,500. I can't even cover the dark circles with concealer know matter how much I put on. Do you have any suggestions? I do use Retin A & dermarolling. I've been hearing a lot about draining the lymphatic exercises but I don't know how to do it correctly or if it will get rid of the puffy eyes & dark circles. Also, are there any eye creams that actually work, or are they all a waste of money? Anyway, any advice and information you can recommend? Is there a way to put concealer & other makeup products that I could try? I just don't know what to do? There's so many videos on You Tube all about kinds of things I could do, but I'd go broke if I bought ever thing people suggest? But I really don't want to pay the $4,000 as I would be broke. Thanks for your videos. They're great & you crack me up. Also, lots of home tools out there. Do you think any of them work besides dermarolling. There's tools that have infra red sensors & then there's one's out that are electric and pulsesate to supposedly tighten the face. Sorry for such a long comment. I don't really find The Ordinary peel that strong but, I am used to retinols, Retin-A, Lactic, Liopic and other acids. It's stingy for sure but, not bad. I actually find their Lipoic Acid stronger as far as the sting factor goes. I love that Lipoic.

Judith DeHaven Serums are targeted treatments, so if you want brightening you go with something with vit c or niacinimide. Moisturizer is made to put moisture into the skin and help protect the skin barrier.

Why' is the word 'vanity' almost a dirty word...she's so vain blah, blah, blah. If you think about it, being vain crosses over to other areas, for example your health. That means eating better, exercising, using a sun screen, vitamins, not drinking too much and not smoking.

Karen Guzzi It’s because the definition of vain is to have undue or excessive pride in ones appearance. And vanity is to have inflated pride in oneself or ones appearance. So the definition has negatives associated with it, like excessive and inflated. That said, if people are using vain for someone who just appreciates taking care of themselves, then they aren’t using the word right and it starts to be demeaning without cause.

nicki hammond hi nicki. Have you tried plantur 39 tonic for hairloss? It is so good. Think it's around €12 a bottle and it actually gives you a whole new hairline! You should check it out. They also do a shampoo

I was shocked to see baby hairs showing at my hairline after using this Plantur shampoo and conditioner, mine had something with coffee extract in its name (sorry I can't remember exactly the name of the conditioner), but it was really good, I am still using the shampoo as I could not find the conditioner for some time. It is because of the menopause that I have lost a looot of hair and I was really upset to see it.

Cristina Magurean I know it is very distressing. Plantur 39 also do a tonic aswel as shampoo and conditioner and have found the tonic to be most effective. You just put a little n your hair each night, you can use it on wet or dry hair but after only a month there is very obvious results. I always break out from biotin or any hair supplement tablets so it's perfect for me. Good luck with growing your hair back x
