I will start with a good cleanse. Today, I'm using the DR PEN M8S with the 18-pin cartridge.
I will be using products that are easily sourced on Amazon.
I ended up microneedling my neck and chest to help tighten that skin area. I really like the cartridges on this Dr Pen M8S. They don't suction cup the way previous cartridges tend to. The edges of the DR PEN M8S are scalloped so air can easily pass.
I used the EasyDew egf master ampoules serum with the Cos De Baha HA serum to infuse my skin with hydration and trigger an avalanche of repair cells to build collagen.

Welcome back!!!!! Also, do you ever do a TCA peel and microneedling combo? I do 2-3 layers of a TCA 20% peel(making sure to wait 5 minutes in between layers), and then wait a full 15-20 minutes after the last layer before doing a full microneedling treatment using only Hyalauronic Acid. I’ve never had an adverse reaction, and I don’t even use numbing cream. I get full frosting and my skin feels fine after doing the full treatment. It gives amazing results. Never do the TCA after the microneedling tho! Would love to see you give it a try. You’ll be thankful you did. You peel pretty heavy.

i have never done this with TCA however I have done this protocol many times with other less aggressive acids before MN. I typically use 25% TCA, and my skin becomes so swollen and raw from 3 layers that I wouldn't be able to MN on top of it. Maybe if I reduced to 20% or 15%, i could tolerate it. and completely true don't MN fisrt and then place TCA that would induce a very deep frost and would be so intense

it depends on what you consider "anti-again" the fewer the pins the more aggressive. Fewer pins break up scar tissue because they do go deeper. Not every treatment needs to be that deep or that aggressive. 36 pin is great for infusing your face with meso products and boosting collagen

Great question. I have a ton of info on micrineedling on natural Kaos dot com there are different levels of MN based on if you are resurfacing a scar versus infusing your skin. I’m extremely vascular so I tend to bleed more than most. I try to go for a sunburn majority of the time because that’s really all you need. With a scar you want to break up the scar tissue that is holding it down and creating the textural difference. Settings can vary on how deep you go because we all have different skin.
