Nice review. Interestingly packaged with the SD card and ethernet. The price is comparable to the new Lime mini. Like all wideband SDRs a filter is a must if there are strong signals around. Note when you TX and RX on the same device, any drift will cancel so you need to use a different RX or TX to measure the drift. Meanwhile I am working on the Caribou lite, the software isn't there yet but it is looking promising.

Dragon OS is awesome. It’s my first Linux experience. And we’ll worth the learning curve. And Cemax was super helpful and patient with all my newbie questions. I did found that it works much better using WSL2. Mainly usb , Ethernet work better than in Virtual Box.

Is it possible to do a frequency mod on AD9363 version of E200 as on Pluto? Or 124 MHz mod as on BladeRF?

Do you reviewing AD9363 variant or AD9361 variant? The link you shared refer to AD9363, but base on spec, this variant has frequency range 325MHz-3.8GHz (spec didn't cover Aircraft Band, but your video shows it working). Can you clarify it?

The ic says 9363 I think but it's just a firmware change or settings file edit to change to 9361. Just like adalm Pluto sdr. With the Pluto they say it's only good for up to 3.8ghz but I've never heard of someone having it not work well up to 6ghz and with increased bandwidth. I think the 9363 is cheaper because they don't verify it as being as capable but it's likely the same silicon. That being said I only have an rtl-sdr so look it up if it's important to you.

@@TechMindsOfficial do let us know please. If we can saturate the 1Gbe that would be amazing. Close to 20MS/s. Pluto+ was never able to do that and stayed below 6MS/s.

Worlds apart... The E200 has a good processor and suppoets 2r2t. It can be either a pluto , or e200... and it is full duplex... transmit and receive at the same time. The Hack RF is 1r1t and half duplex. The e200 is running embeded linux... You can add and run software on it... Add a battery pack and off you go...

Since it's operated through ethernet, you can definitely route its data through a VPN or something, provided your line can handle it :)
