How can I add new products that are not in the product look up table on my form/ If I want to add a product do I have to enter it in the product table first. It would be nice if when filling out a form and have a new product to sell I could just enter it in the subform and have it append the products table.

Sir, I have created database for my store as you have shown in this video. The problem what i am facing is when i update the selling price of a particular product. That product selling price in the old invoice also change automatically. Can you please show me how to update the product selling price without effecting the old invoices. Thank you.

Create another column in the sales table. Name it current price. Save the current price when you make the transaction.

May you know whit might i have done wrong. I did everything as you show, but as I open Invoice form (also I converted Invoice form into report but same problem) on Print preview it shows every Invoices subform in one page while I need to print only one Invoice with his own subform. Any ideas ?

Sir, just solve the big error that if we use autonumber data type for sales invoice no. and during entry user has cancelled the entry or not completed the entry then auto generated bill no. will be generated but invoice contents will be left blank. or if we deleted a bill there will be a gap in bill number. so how can we prevent from this issue? Sir, nobody have solved this issue that i am asking since last 2 years. so I hope you will give a positive response and will sort out the error.

Gaps in the numbers are a normal "problem" when using auto numbering. If a record is deleted there will be a gap. There is no requirement that numbers be consecutive. They just need to be unique. In many computer systems a record ID number is a long string of seemingly random characters.

Hey shad, thank you for the tutorials. I've learned a lot from you :) I just have one question. I have my invoice form, even designed it to my own preferences. Now when i want to save an invoice, say to pdf, or when i want to print it, it puts all the invoices together. It won't let me print or save them separately. How can I save or print my invoices separately?
