Here is the situation: I have a directory with 24 counties, some does not have mailing address, or fax, or the state, or the zipcode or something else, when this happens, it shows the gaps in the report. My directory has 2 columns each county from A to Z. And the gaps are killing me. If I export this report into word, I fix the problem by paragraph as 0 space and resolved, but I don't want people doing this manipulation steps. The report should be normal in access. I set shrink everywhere and does not resolve.

Hi Kirt. Thanks a lot for this video. But I have to say that although it has helped me a lot with my reports, I still have an issue with the YES/NO fields, which seem not to work with this expression. Is there another one which can be used for that particular case?
