Hi, if you transfer the front end file to another folder or another PC and open it, it will show again the File menu as the AutoExec is blocked by a Security Warning. This again will expose the Privacy Options. Is there a way to hide fully the File menu?

Hi I need your help how I protect my database access from copy

+Ahmed cad I do not believe there is anything that comes with Access to prevent someone from copying the database file. The database file is simply a file, so if someone has access to the folder, they can copy it. You would need to put the database file in a secure folder that most people don't have access to. However, that could prevent people from using it also. I have worked with businesses that have put the database on a Citrix server. The customers then have a shortcut to access the database through Citrix, but don't actually have access to the Citrix server.

hi like ahmad i really need your help about preventing copy of my program is there any way to do it for example if i take a user computers Cpu number or Hard number and then make a vba code to compare if code or number are same then database work else not work this maybe work !!

I discuss passwords in this video: kzbin.info/www/bejne/q4HKc6GXfNyMoKs. I can look at doing one backing up. The only method I've used for backing up is using the file system object to make a copy of the backend.
