Glad Steam is actually loyal enough to not sell it's platform, if it ever happened the internet outrage would be immense. I imagine it would be like nothing we have seen before

It'd be like the acquisition of Activision blizzard on steroids

In an alternate reality people are suffering from this ending right now, they pay $29.99 a month for Steam Game Pass which gets 2 new games per week

Truth be told, I think Valve would sooner sell their game IPs like Half-Life and Counter-Strike (even if that's still highly unlikely) long before they even consider selling Steam. Why would they want a few golden eggs from Microsoft when they already have their own Golden Goose?

A few things, ignore the people that hate you or the content without any constructive feedback, they are either kids or doing so maliciously make sure you enjoy what you do on here on don’t only focus on doing it for someone else and definitely don’t forget who got this channel where it is, (I’m here from after job loss/ai) the people who watched your content before the boom people like me support smaller content creators cause they deserve it and we don’t care what you make we’ll pop by from time to time Besides i hope you have good luck with your game and job search!

I mean sure, if he wants to keep his content like this that’s fine, but then he shouldn’t expect the channel to grow

I really like the video but id suggest talking inspiration from channels like vaati vidya,and evan f1997, to name a few but i like the video Weldone
@Nadestraight4 ай бұрын
Watched a few of Evans videos to try and get an idea. Is there anything in particular you like about his videos? From what I can see, they're all quite long and more documentary style, and there is a LOT of cuts/ footage change, every few seconds there's a new gameplay clip, cutscene, etc. These kinds of videos would for sure take longer to produce, so I'd have to scrap daily uploads and go for more 2-3 videos per week
@GreatnessSolomon-qm4yc4 ай бұрын
@@Nadestraight yeah I'd say try making them more high quality like them but that doesn't mean you should. Spend a whole week on the video or make it really long like documentaries. I'd say just make it good enough so that you can get a good retention and also talk about games that are popular now or have a niche fan base like helldiver's and eldenrings and also try finding topics you think will appeal to everyone else in the gaming or non gaming community you can grow faster with this cause KZbin like quality videos now or maybe you could try streaming yourself playing a popular game. Or even make videos like asmingold that would be really good but try talking on trending topics But you don't need to make high quality videos all the time but I'd suggest making some at least to retain some audience and also let your personality show cause. Your really funny

The truth is valve takes 30 percent until they sell 1 million sales, and it changes to 20 percent. Epic is mad that is the best they could get steam to change. Indie devs are mad that 1 million sales is rare. Steam platform is good for well established ip. It's bad for new games. You have a game I have never heard of, and I wish you the best of luck.

I think steam would be more likely to buy Microsoft
@Nadestraight4 ай бұрын
😅 I don't think you realize how much money Microsoft has. Valve is worth roughly $7.7b... Microsoft on the other hand is the most valuable company on the planet. They could buy steam several times over haha

When it comes to videos, you could make some content on THE FINALS. It's a newcomer game that objectively beats almost all other shooters in terms of gameplay. However, there are some balancing issues that caused the game to lose the majority of its players. Despite this, it's expected to become great again due to the community-oriented developers.
