This man is inimitable & incredible. I haven't seen anyone like him in my life so far. As far as my life is concerned, I have been observing the thought process of the global entrepreneurs of the whole world ever since I dreamt of being an entrepreneur, yet this man's working sense is just incredible. Bill Gates had also appreciated his working sense in 2002. He has improved company's performance 15 times after being the CEO.

0:46 The "space" I got (to be yourself and experiment) 0:50 The ability to think for yourself and follow your own passion instead of trying to fit a mold 1:00 In the long-run has been more beneficial than short-term academic excellence 2:05 For the first couple of years I struggled with it (with dealing with his son's condition) 2:51 Be able to see life through other's eyes 4:22 Look at what needs to be fixed but also recognize what is (already) good 4:37 It's not about changing EVERYTHING -- it's just about changing what needs to be changed

Don't get why everybody asks him about his son! Only to sensationalize! It is his personal life and a sensitive topic to discuss in public! The least the host can do is be respectful and not hurt his/ his son's sentiments!

I appreciate all the fine advice and information. I am an individual and will follow at first but I know I will develop my way certainly like all highly productive people do. Just watch me. When a door opens I will walk in and when I am received I will be grateful. When I am befriended I will shine. Goodness will fill my cup and will never stop flowing over even unto the end. Just like America should and will with all confidence.
